At home we all love green beans. We often find them on our plates as an side dish. But I also like to prepare them as a light main dish, like for example this Asian green bean salad.
It is really super easy and quick to make and requires few ingredients.
This salad can very well be used as a meal but can also be served as a side dish. It would be perfect with VEGETARIAN SPRING ROLLS or with CRUSTLESS QUICHE WITH CHEESE AND VEGETABLE CRUSH.
