These peanut butter cookies are a vegan version of the traditional recipe and, moreover, they are absolutely delicious! With a few simple substitutions of ingredients, they are so much richer and tastier than any other peanut butter biscuit I’ve eaten.
When I prepared these cookies, they were eaten very quickly because they were soooo good.
A few years ago, I could have written that I was not really an admirer of peanut butter, but today I like it a lot, especially in recipes. In cookies, it brings a crispy and soft texture and an incredible flavor.
This cookies are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Keep away from greedy people if you don’t want to make it again the next day !
