I am been physically active for years and it is always accompanied by music. If I forget my iPod, I know beforehand that my training will be less effective and that the motivation will not be at is highest. So this why today I’m sharing with you 10 Disco hits for working out !

Music is very important in my physical activities, it allows you to take your workouts to the next level and push your limits a little bit more.

Je m’entraine depuis plusieurs années et cela toujours accompagnés de la musique. Si j’ai le malheur d’oublier mon iPod alors je sais d’avance que mon entrainement sera moins efficace et que la motivation ne sera pas au rendez-vous. Hey oui la musique c’est vraiment très important dans mes activités physiques, celle-ci vous permet de rendre vos séances d’entraînement à un niveau supérieur et de poussez un peu plus vos limites.

    This is a good idea, to dance with disco music. Thank you for sharing it.

    I downloaded few songs from iTunes that will keep me busy. I use weights with the music that has slower rhythm. I get more motivated when I dance with a music that I like. It puts me in a good mood.

    This is a kind of exercise that is simple, and I believe will stay with me.
