Healthy Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Mouthfuls of sweet energy bites , filled with good things to give a boost of natural energy and health. And of course, gluten-free! It’s the ideal non-guilt snack!

Healthy Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Prep time:

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cup molasse
  • 1 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Form small balls.
  3. Refrigerate (at least 30 minutes).
  4. Enjoy!
