Happy Friday everyone ! Today I sharing with you something completely awesome!

For the last 2 years I’ve been participating in the free 21 days mediation challenges of Deepak and Oprah, I even bought multiple challenges to continue meditating once it was over. I did discover with these challenges that it always gives me a lot of well-being so now meditation is part of my daily routine.

For this new challenge, which begins July 17the new theme is: Desire and Destiny. I just think it’s going to be a great one, I can’t wait to start !
