A great dessert, snack, or even breakfast, this chia seed pudding is bursting with nutrients and flavor.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Cut the mango into small cubes
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut and yogurt , chia seeds, coconut flakes and maple syrup, vanilla extract until well combined. Place in the refrigerator over night.
  3. To serve, layer the mango and chia pudding mixture in a serving dish. Be creative! Top with extra shredded coconut and mango.
