Happy Monday eveyone ! I just came back from a trip to Bali, So today I wanted to share a modern version of the Gado Gado salad. This Quinoa Gado Gado Salad is pack with healthy nutrients, protein and incredible spicy peanut flavour.

Instructions
For the Salad
  1. For the Salad: On a large platter (or on individual plates) layer all of the fresh ingredients Quinoa, cabbage, sprouts, green bean, carrots Squeeze the lime juice over top and had coriander
For the Sauce
  1. Make peanut sauce by adding peanut butter, soya sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, red pepper flake to a small mixing bowl and whisking to combine. Add a little bit of water if necessary.
