At home we all love green beans. We often find them on our plates as an side dish, like this Asian green bean .
It’s really super easy and quick to make and requires few ingredients.

These  Asian green beans can also be served as a side dish. It would be perfect with VEGETARIAN SPRING ROLLS

Asian Green Bean Salad

It is really super easy and quick to make and requires few ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh green beans
  • 3 cups fresh green beans
  • 3 table spoon of sesame seeds
  • 3 table spoon of sesame seeds
  • Dressing
  • Dressing
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions
  1. Boil salted water in a saucepan.
  2. Dip the green beans for 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. Drain them in a strainer and then pass them immediately under cold water. Thus, the beans retain their very green color.
  4. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat.
  5. Mix sugar and soy sauce and sesame oil
  6. In a large bowl, combine green beans and dressing and sesame seeds.
