Simple recipes water-based to detoxify your body.
For several years I have become accustomed to consuming detox water. I tried several recipes and here I share my favorites. These two recipes are really simple to prepare and requires few ingredients. The detox water is an effective way to eliminate toxins from your body, which also speeds up your metabolism, and improves your overall health.
The first recipe is often called tea; I mostly have it in the morning. That’s the first thing I drink before breakfast. Here are the ingredients:
1 cup of boiled water
2 TSP of lemon juice table (preferably organic)
2 TPS of apple cider vinegar table with mother
1 TP of agave sugar or maple syrup
cinnamon (to taste)
You mix everything up and you have a great hot drink to start the day!
I advise you to drink it with a straw and rinsing your mouth after, to avoid damaging the enamel of your teeth.
My second recipe is water I consume throughout the day.
A pitcher of water
½ cup whole mint leaf
1 organic lemon (because we keep the peel)
½ English cucumber.
Cut the lemon and cucumber into slices. Put everything in a pitcher of water and that’s it!
With just a few ingredients, you can turn your water into tasty drink and get even more benefits. This is something you can do every day and you will quickly feel the benefits of this healthy habit.
